We organized another meeting for the sponsor children of our foundation during the month May 2011. We try to organize an event like this every year to give something extra to our children and their families. Also this meeting gives us a change to chat with eachother in a happy and calm atmospheer. Normally, the board of our foundation is present but this time the meeting was organized by Dr. Tenzin Namdul (who actually is a board member) and Mr. Punthsok Chompel. Mr. Punthsok Chompel has been our full-time employee in Dharamsala since March 2011 and dedicates his time to organizing all our activities in Dharamsala and other cities in India. Being a staff member of the Choice Foundation, Mr. Chompel is well aware of the situation of Tibetans in India. Since Punthsok Chompel joined TCF all contacts with our children went through him. Therefore this meeting was also ment to introduce Mr. Chompel to the children and their families. Dr. Tenzin Namdul lives and studies in the United States of America and back home again in "his" Dharamsala within the context of his study.
